Burlington tent rentals
Burlington runs from the lakefront up to the escarpment, with neighbourhoods like Aldershot, Tyandaga, Headon Forest, Millcroft and Alton Village in between. We install tents across the city and come back for them after your event.
Backyard weddings, family reunions and company barbecues are the most common Burlington bookings. Tell us your guest count and we will suggest a tent and layout.
We’ve delivered rentals for Burloak Basketball events.

Marquee and pole tents for Burlington events

For 20 or more guests, a marquee or pole tent gives everyone one covered space. Our crew installs and levels it, which can take some planning on the sloped lots in north Burlington.

Canopies for smaller Burlington gatherings
For a smaller group, a canopy tent is the cheaper option. Our canopies come in 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20, and we can join them together for a longer covered area, though joined canopies aren’t recommended if rain is likely. They are a simple choice for birthdays and shaded seating. Some of the smaller canopies can also be picked up for free from our Oshawa location.

Hard surface setups in Burlington
If the tent can’t be staked, for example on asphalt, concrete or interlock, we hold it down with concrete weights or water barrels. Which one we use depends on the forecast and the site: in an open area concrete weights are a must, while a backyard sheltered by houses may only need water barrels, which usually cost less.
Office lots near the QEW and 407 work well for company events.

Add-ons for Burlington tent rentals
We rent sidewalls, plastic flooring, artificial turf, a dance floor, string lights, uplights, flood lights, heaters, fans and coolers.

Homes near the lake get more wind. Sidewalls and concrete weights may be recommended.
Burlington is one of our longer trips, so book well ahead for summer weekends.

Burlington tent rental FAQ
Yes. Our crew delivers, installs and takes down every marquee and pole tent. Some smaller canopies can also be picked up for free from our Oshawa location.
Only if the tent is being staked into the ground. Request them for free through Ontario One Call before the install date. On asphalt or concrete we use weights or water barrels, so no locates are needed.
Larger tents may need one from the City of Burlington, and arranging it is up to you. We provide all the documentation for our tents. Custom work that needs new engineering stamps may cost extra.
Tell us your guest count and what you’re planning under the tent, and we’ll recommend a size.
Sidewalls and heaters cover most Ontario weather. If the forecast is severe and an install isn’t safe, our team will contact you. If you need to cancel or move your date because of the weather, give us at least 3 days’ notice (subject to availability).
