Georgetown tent rentals
Georgetown has a small-town Main Street, the old village of Glen Williams next door and plenty of family neighbourhoods. We bring tents over from Oshawa, install them and come back for them after the event.
Backyard weddings, anniversary parties and community fundraisers are typical Georgetown bookings. Tell us your guest count and we will suggest a tent and layout.
We’ve delivered rentals for events at the Mold-Masters SportsPlex and Ethel Gardiner Public School.

Marquee and pole tents for Georgetown events

Marquee and pole tents give groups of 20 or more one covered space. Our crew installs, levels and secures each one.

Canopies for smaller Georgetown gatherings
For a smaller group, a canopy tent is the cheaper option. Our canopies come in 10x10, 10x15 and 10x20, and we can join them together for a longer covered area, though joined canopies aren’t recommended if rain is likely. They are an easy fit for birthdays and smaller backyard parties. Some of the smaller canopies can also be picked up for free from our Oshawa location.

Hard surface setups in Georgetown
If the tent can’t be staked, for example on asphalt, concrete or interlock, we hold it down with concrete weights or water barrels. Which one we use depends on the forecast and the site: in an open area concrete weights are a must, while a backyard sheltered by houses may only need water barrels, which usually cost less.
Church and community lots in town are good options for fundraisers.

Add-ons for Georgetown tent rentals
We rent sidewalls, plastic flooring, artificial turf, a dance floor, string lights, uplights, flood lights, heaters, fans and coolers.
Planning a tent in Georgetown
If we’ll be staking into the ground, request free underground utility locates from Ontario One Call before your install date.
Larger tents may need a permit from the Town of Halton Hills. Check with them first; we’ll supply the tent documents they ask for.
Georgetown is one of our longer trips, so book early for summer dates.
If the tent is going at a church or hall, confirm the space is free on the install day.

Only if the tent is being staked into the ground. Request them for free through Ontario One Call before the install date. On asphalt or concrete we use weights or water barrels, so no locates are needed.
Larger tents may need one from the Town of Halton Hills, and arranging it is up to you. We provide all the documentation for our tents. Custom work that needs new engineering stamps may cost extra.
Tell us your guest count and what you’re planning under the tent, and we’ll recommend a size.
